4. Digital Assets & Token Use

Participation in the Compass GameRoom Global Raffle may require the use of digital assets, including but not limited to the GMRM (GameRoom) Token.

You acknowledge and agree that digital assets are volatile, blockchain transactions are irreversible, and you are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, transaction accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.

The Platform does not custody user funds or wallets. All participation is conducted directly on-chain.

5. Raffle Structure & Payouts

Raffles operate in defined entry cycles followed by a reconciliation and reset period. Winners and reward distributions are determined and executed automatically by smart contracts.

All results are final, verifiable on-chain, and cannot be altered, reversed, or manually overridden. Participation rewards may be distributed even if a participant does not win a primary prize, depending on the active raffle structure.

6. No Guarantees

The Compass GameRoom Global Raffle makes no representations or warranties regarding odds of winning, frequency of rewards, value of rewards, token price performance, or continued availability of the Platform.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Taxes & Reporting

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations associated with participation, winnings, rewards, or digital asset transactions.

The Platform does not provide tax advice, reporting services, or tax documentation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

All content, branding, designs, graphics, text, and Platform elements are the intellectual property of the Compass GameRoom or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy & Data

The Platform collects minimal data necessary for functionality. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and are not controlled by the Platform.
